Welcome to Pixel VPN. We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy, personal data, and online freedom. This Privacy Policy explains our data practices, detailing what information we collect (and, more importantly, what we do not collect), how data is handled, and how your privacy is safeguarded when you use the Pixel VPN application for Android.
By downloading or using Pixel VPN, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Pixel VPN operates under a strict Zero-Logs Architecture. We guarantee that we do NOT record, log, store, monitor, or share any of the following:
While you are actively connected to a VPN server, temporary in-memory counters (e.g., live data speed / total bytes transferred in the current session) are processed strictly on your local device RAM and within the active tunnel memory.
Preferences such as selected bypass apps (Split Tunneling configuration) and onboarding acceptance states are saved locally on your Android device using Android's native storage APIs (SharedPreferences).
Pixel VPN utilizes Firebase Remote Config solely for administrative operational signals (e.g., checking app version availability or system notice announcements).
Pixel VPN utilizes the open-source, industry-standard WireGuard® protocol (com.wireguard.android.backend) to create fast, lightweight, and highly secure encrypted tunnels.
Your security is guaranteed through a multi-layered technical architecture:
1. 256-Bit Cryptographic Tunnel: All data passing through Pixel VPN is encrypted using military-grade encryption, rendering it completely unreadable to Internet Service Providers (ISPs), network admins, public Wi-Fi eavesdroppers, and hackers.
2. Volatile RAM-Only Servers: Server nodes run strictly on RAM (volatile memory). No physical hard drives or persistent storage media are used for logging.
3. Zero-Knowledge Private DNS: DNS requests are resolved internally within the encrypted tunnel, preventing ISP domain leaks and third-party tracking.
Because Pixel VPN operates under a strict Zero-Logs policy:
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any user data with advertisers, data brokers, or commercial entities.
Pixel VPN does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at haptixforpixel@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.
Pixel VPN complies with global privacy regulations, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect app updates or legal requirements. Any updates will be published within the app settings and on our official distribution channels.
